How can we help? 👋

What’s included in the Maintenance Plan?

The Maintenance Plan is designed to handle regular upkeep tasks. It features weekly progress reports (once a week) and an extended turnaround time for requests compared to the All-Inclusive Plan. This plan is best suited for businesses that want to maintain the performance and functionality of their existing website and anticipate only sporadic maintenance needs.

What type of tasks fall under the Maintenance Plan?

    • Backup
    • Migration
  • Updates:
    • Plugins
    • Website Content
What type of tasks DO NOT fall under the Maintenance Plan?

Our Maintenance Plan is designed for ongoing support with basic upkeep and minor updates. However, there are certain tasks that fall outside its scope. Here are a few examples of what is NOT included:

  • Custom Coding & Design: Any tasks that require custom code development or custom design work.
  • Complex Plugin Updates: Extensive updates or troubleshooting for complex plugins.
  • Daily Reports: Requests for daily reporting on progress or updates.
  • Frequent Meetings: Regular daily or weekly meetings fall outside the scope of maintenance.
  • Time-Consuming Tasks: Any tasks that exceed a span of 30-60 minutes in duration.

For these types of tasks, we recommend upgrading to our All-Inclusive Plan, which covers more comprehensive support for custom and complex needs.

If you’re unsure about the nature of a task or would like more details, feel free to reach out to us!

What is the difference between the Maintenance Plan and the All-Inclusive Plan?

The Maintenance Plan and the All-Inclusive Plan are designed to cater to different needs, each offering a unique set of features and services to address your specific requirements.

  • Scope of Services:
    • The Maintenance Plan focuses primarily on the upkeep and maintenance of websites previously created and managed by Growmodo. It is ideal for businesses that require very minor updates, bug fixes, and general website maintenance.
    • In contrast, the All-Inclusive Plan encompasses a broader spectrum of services, including website development, design work, and more. It is suitable for businesses with extensive web-related tasks that may go beyond maintenance (see the full list here).

  • Reporting Frequency:
    • Under the Maintenance Plan, you will receive weekly progress reports (once a week). These reports offer insights into the week's maintenance work, ensuring you are informed about the ongoing activities on your website.
    • The All-Inclusive Plan provides daily progress reports, offering more detailed updates on various tasks.

  • Turnaround Times:
    • The Maintenance Plan operates with slightly extended turnaround times. This accommodates businesses with sporadic maintenance needs that do not require immediate assistance.
    • The All-Inclusive Plan prioritizes immediate task completion with efficient turnaround times to promptly meet your business's needs.

  • Ideal For:
    • The Maintenance Plan is an excellent choice for businesses that want to maintain the performance and functionality of their existing website and anticipate only sporadic maintenance needs. It is specifically intended for websites created and/or managed by Growmodo under a previous All-Inclusive plan.
    • In contrast, the All-Inclusive Plan is ideal for businesses seeking extensive daily support for tasks related to website development, design, branding, and more. It is suitable for clients with high demands for web and design-related tasks beyond maintenance.
I have an existing website not created by Growmodo. Can I subscribe to the Maintenance Plan upfront?

Unfortunately, we offer the Maintenance Plan only for websites created and/or managed by Growmodo under an All-Inclusive Plan beforehand. For websites not initially developed by Growmodo, we recommend exploring our All-Inclusive Plan for more comprehensive and faster support.

Is the Maintenance Plan only for one website?

No, we can work on all your portfolio websites, but we only work on one request at a time and send you only weekly progress reports (once a week) instead of daily ones. Please keep in mind that the Maintenance is only for websites that have been previously created and/or already managed by Growmodo under the All-Inclusive Plan first.

Does the Maintenance Plan include creating new pages on existing websites?

When it comes to keeping your website in tip-top shape, our main focus is on maintaining and updating the pages you already have.

But hey, if you're looking to add some fresh pages to your existing site, we're here to help! Just keep in mind that our approach involves using existing templates or styles that match your website's design. So, if you want a new blog post, we'll create a page using the blog post template. And if you need a different type of page, we'll use the same page style but customize it with unique text and images.

Now, it's important to note that we don't start from scratch and design brand-new pages as part of our Maintenance Plan. We're all about working with what you've got and keeping things consistent with your website's overall look and feel.

Can I switch from the All-Inclusive Plan to the Maintenance Plan or vice versa?

Transitioning between the All-Inclusive Plan and the Maintenance Plan is subject to certain conditions. The Maintenance Plan is currently offered exclusively for websites that were initially created and/or have been managed by Growmodo under an All-Inclusive Plan.

For websites initially developed by Growmodo:

  • If your website was initially created by Growmodo and is currently managed under the All-Inclusive Plan, you have the option to switch to the Maintenance Plan for ongoing support and maintenance.

For websites not initially developed by Growmodo:

  • For websites that were not initially developed by Growmodo, we recommend exploring our All-Inclusive Plan for a more comprehensive and faster support experience.

We understand that your needs may change over time. You can seamlessly transition back and forth between the All-Inclusive Plan and the Maintenance Plan. Once you subscribe the necessary links for requesting upgrades or downgrades can be found in your Asana Board Overview tab, ensuring a hassle-free process for adapting to your evolving requirements.
