1) How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by going to the Asana 'Overview' tab and filling out the 'Pause/Cancel Renewal' form. Just make sure to do this at least 3 days or 24 hours before your next renewal to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period.
⚠️ Important: Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the renewal date at 12:00 AM CET won’t be eligible for a refund due to administrative costs. (T&Cs)
2) Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription mid-month?
🚫 Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable. We don’t provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. We want to be transparent and fair to all our customers. Please review our T&Cs here for further details.
3) What happens if I submit a cancelation request less than 24 hours before the renewal date?
⚠️ If you submit a pause or cancelation request less than 24 hours before the renewal date at 12:00 AM CET (Berlin time), we won’t be able to refund the payment due to administrative costs. Please try to submit your request in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
4) Can I freeze the unused remaining subscription time mid-month and unfreeze it when needed again?
🚫 No, we don’t offer the option to freeze your subscription mid-month and resume it later.
Here’s why:
We need to plan and allocate our talents in advance to ensure they are available to work on all active client accounts at least for a whole month.
Allowing mid-month freezes could leave talents idle without tasks, which isn’t fair to them as contractors who rely on consistent work for their earnings.
Additionally, freezing mid-month creates extra admin costs for our Finance Team to file taxes and manage adjustments. Our subscription model is streamlined to keep our pricing as affordable as possible. Similar to Netflix, with Growmodo, you are paying for a full month of service, regardless of usage.
We appreciate your understanding as we aim to maintain fairness for our team and a seamless, cost-effective experience for you!
5) What’s the difference between Pause and Cancel?
- Pause Renewal:
- Intent to Return: Pausing means you plan to come back and continue working with us in the future.
- Download Period: You get a grace period to download all your files, assets, and deliverables.
- Asana Board on Standby: Your Asana Board and ongoing projects are temporarily paused but saved.
- Reactivation: We’ll reactivate your Asana Board and pick up from where we left off once you're ready. If the same project manager and team is available, we’ll assign them to your account back again.
- Cancel Renewal:
- Permanent Termination: Canceling means you’re ending our services for good.
- Download Period: You get a grace period to download all your files, assets, and deliverables.
- Reactivation: If you resubscribe later, you'll start with a new project manager and team.
