Subscription and Billing FAQs

How long does my Growmodo subscription last?

Your Growmodo subscription will keep going until you decide to pause or cancel it. You’re in the driver’s seat! 😄

How does the billing cycle work?

We bill subscription fees to your Credit or Debit Card on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you pick. It’s all designed to be hassle-free for you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit or Debit Cards only. By subscribing, you’re giving us the okay to charge your default payment method in our Billing Portal.

What happens if my payment method is declined?

If your payment method is declined, you’ll need to update it through our Billing Platform. Don’t worry, we’ll just pause access until everything’s sorted out.

How can I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method by logging in our Billing Platform using the same email address you originally subscribed with. Once you’ve updated it, we’ll continue charging the new payment method without any interruptions.

When does my paid subscription begin?

Your paid subscription starts the day we receive your payment and will renew automatically on the same day of the next month at 12:00 a.m. CET (Berlin time). Similar to Netflix! ✌🏻

How do I pay for the subscription?

Just ask your Customer Relationship Manager (the person you met on your Discovery Call) to send you an email with a Sign-Up link whenever you're ready to hit the ‘Play' ▶️ button. After you complete the checkout process with your credit or debit card, you’ll fill out an onboarding questionnaire to help us learn more about your business and preferences. We’ll automatically charge your card unless you cancel or pause your subscription. And don’t worry, you’ll get a reminder email three days before each renewal.

Can I pay via PayPal, Wise, Bitcoin wallet or bank transfer?

🚫 Sorry, we only process payments via Credit or Debit Card.

Can I only pay in USD?

Yes, we currently only accept payments in US dollars ($).

Will you withdraw the payment automatically from my CC every month?

Yes, we will automatically withdraw your payment from your credit or debit card as long as you are an active customer. You’ll receive a reminder email three days before each new payment. If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, just access the 'Pause or Cancel Subscription' form under the Overview tab in your Asana board 3 days prior or at least 24 hours before your next renewal.

What happens if I need assistance from your Finance Team less than 24 hours before my renewal date?

⚠️ If you submit a finance request less than 24 hours before the renewal date at 12:00 AM CET (Berlin time), we won’t be able to process it on time. Please try to submit your request in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices by logging into our Billing Portal using the email address you used to subscribe to Growmodo. For your convenience, here’s a helpful screenshot from Stripe’s demo to guide you through the process.
