We believe in full transparency, so it's essential to note that most of our team is based in the Philippines. Our Operations Team works from 15:00 (3:00 p.m.) to 00:00 (midnight) Philippine Time (PHT), Monday through Friday only.
During these hours, our Designers, Developers, Project Managers, and Customer Success Team collaborate to keep projects on track. Our entire team works the same schedule, which means better coordination and clearer communication across all departments.
Your Team Structure
Project Manager (PM): Your main point of contact for day-to-day execution, task coordination, and delivery updates.
Customer Success (CS): Your strategic partner who helps with onboarding, weekly check-ins, growth planning, and making sure you're getting maximum value from your partnership with us.
Designers & Developers: The team members building and quality-checking your work. Your PM coordinates with them behind the scenes.
Why might Project Managers not be available immediately at 15:00 PHT?
At the start of each shift, the first 1-2 hours (15:00-17:00) are allocated for internal syncs with Team Leads and delivery teams. This coordination time is essential for alignment, resolving blockers, and confirming the day's work that was already planned the previous evening.
Progress reports are generally shared at the end of the Operations Team's shift, around 22:00 to 01:00 PHT, depending on the plan you're subscribed to.
