During these hours, our Designers, Developers, QA Team, and Project Managers collaborate to keep projects on track. If a sprint has already begun at 11:00 a.m. PHT, reprioritizing tasks for the same day is typically not possible, as adjustments depend on talent availability for the day. We will make every effort to accommodate changes if team members are available, but same-day requests aren’t guaranteed.
Why might Project Managers not be available for customer calls immediately at 11:00 a.m. PHT?
At the start of each shift, the first 1-2 hours are typically allocated for internal syncs with other teams. This is essential for alignment, resolving blockers, and planning the day ahead to keep all projects running smoothly.
Progress reports are generally shared at the end of the Operations Team’s shift, around 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. PHT, depending on the plan you’re subscribed to.

- Our team works within scheduled windows to acknowledge tasks, incorporate feedback, and provide updates. Throughout the day, team members also prepare for upcoming sprints, attend cross-department syncs, and manage their workloads.
