- Iteration Alignment: If after 2-3 attempts to align our team with your expectations, you still feel that we are missing key instructions or that the quality of work is not meeting your standards, this guarantee will apply.
- Compensation for Misalignment: After the second iteration, we will compensate you for the time lost during the alignment process. This means adding extra working hours or additional talent to compensate for any delays or issues caused by our misalignment.
- Collaboration and Flexibility: We truly value a collaborative partnership and are committed to making things work. That’s why we offer Project Planning Calls or Alignment Calls with your assigned Project Manager to ensure clarity. If the call becomes too technical, we can bring in your assigned QA Designer or QA Developer to provide more in-depth support.
- No Need to Search for Replacements: One of the key advantages of working with us is that you won’t need to spend time sourcing, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and retraining new hires when things don’t work out. We already have a deep pool of talented professionals ready to step in. We’re constantly hiring and coaching our team to meet your evolving needs. Whenever adjustments are required, we will heavily rely on your feedback to ensure that we’re heading in the right direction. This is a two-way street, and your feedback is essential to achieving a successful collaboration.
- No Refund Policy: As outlined in our T&Cs, our subscription is non-refundable. Instead, we work hard to fix any issues and make sure we get things right. We don't give up easily and are always willing to adjust until you're satisfied.
- Exceptions to the Guarantee: If we notice a lack of willingness to collaborate or align on your part, this guarantee may not apply. Our goal is to create an open and cooperative working relationship, and we believe both sides need to work together to ensure success.
- Course Correction After Multiple Attempts: If we have made significant errors after the second iteration or continue to head in the wrong direction, we will not only compensate with additional working days but may also reassess the team members involved. This could include assigning a new Project Manager, QA Designer, or QA Developer, if necessary, to ensure the success of your project.
